Have you seen the feature list of the new phone? It has twice the processing power, a 3mp camera that can take high quality videos, and yeah the compass... Though I like the camera more than the other stuff. In fact if you see the new video from Cnet they show how fast it starts up when powered on compared to the iphone 3g and the Palm Pre. It didn't win out on internet access speeds or sending picture messages which is limited to internet speeds set by the service provider.

It's a little bit much to expect anyone to be waiting for the phone a full day in advance, a few hours over night maybe, but a full day, are you on crack? it's none to surprising to me. Especially considering it's basically a faster iphone 3g, nothing much better than that since some of the main features are being added to the older iphones with the 3.0 update.

No line because it's an iPhone 3G + Compass. Apple's R&D must have been hibernating for the past year.
Can you believe this is their only phone for the next YEAR? It's hardly on par with any of the CURRENT phones.
