king uprock did not invent the knee spin, ufo, or elbow spins. king uprock is a legend in the rock dance and has done a LOT for the rock dance scene, but the claims @ 1:40 are simply outrageous. knee spins were invented by JR from crazy commanders. ufo's are credited to Lil Alex of the nycb, and elbow spins were first done by Take One RSC. no hate. just stating the TRUTH
