I wish I could do that. I'm way too unathlethic though, for the moment that is...but I imagine being almost 2 meters tall isn't an advantage for these kinds of movements either, is it?
What is this incredible looking dream-architecture-esque monument, a kind of parkour-disneyland?
Love Scotland.

You would become fitter in a very short amount of time, when training for Parkour.
Being Tall has it's advantages and disadvantages, same with being small.
Most of this video is filmed in Scotland...
The Structure you beautifully described, is the Dame Du Lac, situated beside the villages of Lisses and Courcouronnes on the outskirts of Paris, France.
It was originally a climbing wall in the 1970s, but is a well love Parkour Shrine, and truley is a beautiful obstacle.

Do you have any tips to becoming better?

Practice, practice, practice.
Read my blog, the link is on my main youtube page.
Watch other videos of experienced veterans and observe their techniques, train their techniques, do conditioning. and eat and rest well.
Ask yourself why you do Parkour? And if you know the answer... Let that be your motivation.
There is no secret just lots of hard training day, night, sunny, raining, snow, high winds, different environments. Train to adapt and improve yourself my friend!
