Maybe you could try taking in your clothing some so you don't have to buy all new? I've found several cool tutorials online about how to do that with shirts and things. :) I'm excited to see your room changes! I really want to get to a place where I can finally decorate. Rental houses aren't conducive to painting. :)
Also, I hope your bug bite gets better soon.
