Ow, you're totally right, so what do you think is the best option for me after 20 years of deep squat and no injury? Leg Press or Leg Extension? Which one is better to deal with the real life?
You like Bodybuilding, don't you? Any piece of advice from that amazing world very focused on efficiency? Like doing Biceps Curl to get better on playing basketball or running on weekend?
C'mon, go decompoze your brain any where else, but here.

man your legs should be massive if you could do this EAT

nice reps mate, but you should watch your knees, they seem to kick around kinda.

@hereticanthem12 I know that. My point is that sacrificing form for numbers is common in xfit, as it is here.

@TheFitnessTutor Widowmakers are not a Crossfit invention. 20-rep squat/supersquat programs are old-school.

No srsly, if those are 45lb plates then 45 x 6 for 270 then the two 10s and 5s make 300, but including the bar it should be 345 or maybe even 355 if it's a thicker bar. At any rate thats a hell of a set, great job!
Dude you always have naysayers. People always thinking they are perfect. Just like everything else, we can always get better. Awesome show of strength and endurance!!!

You've got me, peep. This is exactly how I think. You go there, work out heavily, achieved an amazing goal (a personal one) just to hear from a clown you didn't do it properly.
Fact is fact... I did my best, I've never got hurt squatting this way, My clients do the same way and love it.
Tks for the words, cheers.

@Undyingwhisper
I really wish it was 345lbs. But I'm pretty sure it's 300lbs, I counted 10 times before doing it, needed to make sure it would be the very last time to do it.
Tks anyway.
