The Deli Moves to Daiquiri Dick's

They are filling up their bread baskets and heading out. The Deli is moving to Daiquri Dick's restaurant on Olas Altas 314, July 30, 2011.

Don't worry, all of your favorite items will be making the move, too. Salads will still include the broccoli, raisin and pecan medley and the famous chicken curry with apples and grapes.

Bread will be baked fresh daily. Trays of bagels, cinnamon rolls, scones and cookies will line the counter along with French-style baguettes, Focaccia, bread sticks (Grissini), and whole wheat loaves. All this plus a robust coffee to go.

All the sandwiches are made-to-order, including the turkey-cranberry and paninis will continue to adorn the menu and these, along with many other choices go perfect with some salad and, of course, a cookie. This will be the best place to stop on the way to a day of fun in the sun, especially since it is located on Los Muertos beach.

To celebrate the move, be on the look-out for The Deli brown paper bags staked out in various locations around Old Town. Find a lucky lunch bag on July 30, 2011 and stroll to the new Deli location at Daiquiri Dick's and win a tasty surprise.

Nothing is changing but the location. Look for things to get even better in October when the The Deli at Daiquiri Dick's reveals a new, expanded line of taste temptations. Get your Deli fix soon.
