I would be interested in saving energy and utilizing solar power but in my country this is impossible due to the climate.

@BIGMUDDYDOG Well I could cook it in the day and use a microwave to reheat it at midnight. Considering it would take less energy to reheat it in the microwave than it would to power the LED clock on it for a day, I see it as a win win. But like your wife might say, You got 2 hands, cook it yourself.
