What I don't get is the last part where you put 1 cut over another with only 1 hand.

It's already a false cut, It retains top and bottom stock, but middle stock is changed.
Simple Z-Grip, to Packet flip, to Reverse packet flip.

i think it can be turned into a false cut at the end when the face up packet is flipped ova and u can keep a finger break after the flip ova and cardini cut the bottom packet to the top, bringin the original top card to the top
