The bosu ball is a great piece of exercise equipment that anyone can use to strengthen muscles. The diagonal wood chop exercise is a great example of this.

  • you're using your arms, not your core. your arms should remain fixed relative to your core as you generate the rotation with your hips and thoracic spine. what you are doing is a weak shoulder exercise (at best) and it is an insult to athletes to even suggest core conditioning looks anything like that
