  • how long would it take to get a six pack if you do this because i do cardio regurely throughout the week but it doesn't seem to work so i was wonderin how long would it take to get a 6pack by doing this?

  • @dumpmonkey27 This workout will help build and develop your abs but a good, clean diet and cross training will shed fat to reveal those abs. Best to you!
