  • Well said PD5353, a positive comment for a change! 4 months later he had improved and squatted 205kg.

  • The plates are Eleiko 25kg plates, anyone has who ever attended a proper powerlifting or weightlifting competition would know that red plates are 25kgs.

  • @CEBHenderson well i played volley ball and spent a disgusting amount of time working jump programs in the summer before schools started so by the time i was in grade 12 i could pack the shit outta a vball or bball. Now...not so much. But whatever i got all my school paid for.

  • @26692 I am also 6'8" and how close could you get your head to the rim?

  • are you serial? this is powerlifting? I do legs like once a month (180cm 85-8 kg), 10+ reps with 150 kg no problem without a belt and knee wraps. If this cripple asshole can compete in powerlifting then I can be a world fucking champion. Why did you post this crap?

  • @1badmonster Im a trainer and am 6'8 tall. I have never really been able to do squats outside of a sumo stance due to shitty knees playin bball in highschool. Recently i decided to try a more narrow stance and it seems to be helping my legs grow( im pretty lean)That being said, if i am trying to rock a huge lift, i open up the stance. get those glutes working! Ps i love seeing powerlifting accidents or fuckups haha it just makes me laugh :)

  • @26692 I noticed that as well. He needs to get his hips more into play.

  • in powerlifting, are the yellow plates 15 kg and the blue 20 kg??

  • hahahahahaahahaa! prdonja! hahaahahaahahaaaa!

  • @Yahmahaar1 nope

  • U have to give him credit, at least he tried it.

Good reaction from the audience to applaude instead of laughing.

  • @Dubzasterz Cool, those plated are 25kg. It would have to be around 40-45kg for it to be 100lbs moron.
