The first time I saw this was on a VHS copy about 11 years ago. I could not stop laughing ,and kept rewinding the tape again and again. I was so sad to find out this actress had died . RIP Ms. Kahn

It's more about how she says the lines than the lines themselves. Her delivery of them is what makes it funny. How she says them--so frustrated and trying so hard to express her feelings--plus the hand movements, and the other characters just staring at her like she's crazy, that's the funny part. At least, that's why I find it funny. :D

She hates that person so much that she can not find a sensible way to describe it. She cuts herself off and instead describes the feeling of flames she gets on her face that are caused by her intense hate. The humour is found in the simple fact that she could hate somebody so intensely as to feel on fire, yet still remain relatively calm while doing so. It is a simple expression of "I hate you", which is a popular sentiment on the internet.
