WHen he did this roll would the centrifugal forces of kept him in his seat when upside down. WOuld he not of felt like he was falling out of his chair. WOuld the forces of kept him pressed into his seat. TO keep this manouver at 1g would he of been in a descent whilst rolling to prevent excessive loading on the wings

I would love to see someone do this in a A380

Thumbs up if u want a Boeing 747-400 to live in!
-
does anyone know what documentary this is from?
-
How much does it cost to become a test pilot?
-
If someone were to do this today, it would probably be stretched out into a 4-part month-long reality program soaked in advertising. Whoever the pilot was would be crowned with the title of being the greatest superhero invincible pilot of all time.
This is the kind of stuff these guys were doing all the time back then, with little or no plan at all. I can only imagine what wasn't caught on camera. I'd bet he didn't break a drop of sweat that whole flight.

Damn good Jimmy Stewart impression!
-
Now we know the name of the pilot of 9/11
=)

7 people tried doing this in an Airbus.
Damn that's awesome!
But then, anyone who goes by the name Tex you know is automatically cool.

Yup, the modern safety-obsessed world. Gotta love it. NOT! Can't frickin' sell a KNIFE without warning label: "WARNING: Blade May Be Sharp: Do Not Stick In Eye". And then some idiot sues you because you didn't print it in Greek also. Shit. Of course, this is mostly just the Western World. You can still move to India and load 150 guys into an old bus, or to the Middle East and never leave home without your AK47, to hell with the credit cards. There is some truth to those who bash America.
