It`s the strangest thing but this video actually distracts me from the story of the song. I understand it`s probably a completely subjective reaction but I rate Catherine Maclellan`s songwriting very highly and humbly suggest that lyrics that are so full of wonderfully formed images aren`t best served by a video maker`s interpretation?
A clip of Catherine playing the song with her band live would be more effective I think.
Love the song. The clip, to me, features too much affectation.
