Funny how it's only the left who seems focused on "racism". @fdrisgreat Most Americans don't want to face this fact: we are selling too many Treasury bonds and we won't be able to pay off the INTEREST---let alone the balance. So tax revenue that could be used for schools, infrastructure, and state government grants will be used to pay off the bond holders. My solution is: end the wars and streamline the federal government. Legalize marijuana. More import taxes. We need to have a federal government that is 100% funded by tax revenue instead of bonds.

The 'rich' pay only 38% of the federal income tax, which in turn only constitutes 44% of all taxes taken in by the United States. The other 56% of all taxes has a fixed maximum of ~$108000. The rich do not pay any more than that, even when they earn millions.
