I love this film! :)

@Requiem20101 Hmm, okay. I'll have to have a look at my R1 version.

One correction...the Warner ranch was not located in Calabasas. It was part of Canoga Park and Woodland Hills which at the time was called Girard. It is now called Warner Center and is a major business hub of Los Angeles with Malls, homes, apartments, giant, big and small business', Pierce jr college and a major hospital. The Apollo engines for the space program to the moon were also build there at Rockwell International. I use to play on the massive property when I was a kid. Oranges galore..

That's Rudi Behr narrating this clip--great movie historian.

i've seen this film at least 100 times, practically know all the lines by heart,,,,,the newly discovered scene should be editied in to a second version with other outtakes and REMARKET THE FILM TO THE WALL STREET PROTESTERS AND ALL THOSE WHO DESPISE OUR CROOKED GOVT AND EVIL WALL STREET.

The final decision on the ending is perfect.

It was a good decision to ommit the final shots of Flynn and DeHavilland riding away on the horse. It just seemed to much and the ending used is so much better.
Was this on the Robin Hood DVD? I don't recall it being on the extra features disk.
