This is a simple, natural and healthy method to stay away from the pollen allergy. All you need is just lemon and honey.

In case you don't have time to watch the whole video, I list the three steps right here:
1. Thinly slice the lemon.
2. Put the lemon slices into a container.
3. Fully cover these lemon slices with honey.
Put the the container's lid on, done!

We need to put it into the refrigerator for 24 hours. After that, you may take one or two slices. It lasts around 12 hours, so you may only need to take this twice per day. For more details, please watch the video and follow the easy steps and tips there. Then you may enjoy an allergy-free allergy season in a healthy way!

  • @snowman358 One more point, you can eat it before or after meal based on your individual situation. If you have any further questions, please feel free to leave me a message.

  • @snowman358 Yes, you have to eat the lemon slices with its skin, but no lemon seeds :) Soaked slices are the main part of the receipt. When you eat them, you also can drink some juice from your container. So, as I mentioned in this video, carefully and thoroughly wash lemon; thinly slice it; and most importantly make sure you are not allergic to lemon or honey. Good luck!

  • ....do i eat the lemons

  • @mountianshadow I have a lot of relatives and friends who are traditional doctors and use herbs and/or foods to help patients. This is one example of traditional treatments and very easy to follow. So I put it here to share. Hope it works for you :)

  • how did you learn this?

  • @KoolBeatz23

You are welcome. This morning, I just heard radio 1010 said that this season was the worst one because of the snowy winter and wet spring. Hope this little recipe can relieve your symptoms!
