Eye Twitching

My eye has been doin this all day damnit!

Update- Cutting back the coffee can help, as well as stress management- BUT one of the biggest things is to make sure your vision isn't in need of a check up- the constant strain on the eye to try to focus wears it out. So see your optometrist!!

Get a lot of sleep don't drink caffeine and stay off the computer and games and don't watch tv, I'm serious about sleep
