Prime Time Investigates - Slave Labour Ireland, 1 December 2008.
Café Irie of Thomas St, Dublin, is revealed not to have paid one of its workers for three months straight. Prime Time's Paul Maguire tries to interview co-owner Pamela Finnegan, but she doesn't want to be interviewed. Two days later the worker is paid all his wages.

I think that the foreign chap was lucky to have experience working in an english speaking environment..with the current economic crisis it's quite natural that "less valuable" workers in society may be robbed of their wages intirely..those kids from NCAD should be trying to get his old job rather than protesting..

I am ashamed to say that I am Irish after watching Prime Time's investigation about slave labor/exploitation of immigrant workers in Ireland. I hope these unfortunate people get the justice that they deserve and that all the named offenders go out of business.
