  • $341 total for four months? About $85 per month. Does that include all electricity costs?

My house in Florida costs me about the same all year long per month with four people.

  • I plan to experiment with making my own water filled glass block, but not for windows, but partition walls with windows next to them so that except at winter solar noon, they will have sun shining on them. That way they will store heat, but I can drop an insulated curtain on the window when needed. I will have to play with amount of bleach required to keep the water from growing anything.

  • I have watched your whole series of videos on this house and they are great. Thanks so much. I do think the window shades are pretty ugly and really block the view on such a great lot. I tried to find information on the block windows and can find none so I assume they are still unavailable.

  • Thank you
