US Navy SM-3 Missile Intercept a damaged spy satellite

The Navy successfully shot down a damaged spy satellite Wednesday night with a Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) launched from the Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser USS Lake Erie (CG 70). Lake Erie fired a single modified tactical Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) and successfully impacted a non-functioning National Reconnaissance Office satellite approximately 247 kilometers (133 nautical miles) over the Pacific Ocean, as it traveled in space at more than 17,000 mph.

Looked like too much debris for just a small sat.Something else was blown up, something that was fried by HAARP leaving this planet.

They cant enter or leave while HAARP is up and running without getting fried.
