They play with it and first then they cat start getting nervous when it never ends and doesn't come off and they start getting neurotic and very stressed...

i got my dog a cat collar because its the same thing but its cheaper and it also comes with a bell for a dollar

@FengLong I do coincidentally have super hearing. I was hearing things I shouldn't have been able to hear in school so a professor tested the pitches of sound I can hear. It is about the same as a dogs hearing, and I do know what it is like to be annoyed by noises that most people cant hear well. Just like humans there are sounds cats tolerate and some they don't. If it seems to bother the cat after the collar being tested for a couple days. Take the bell off. Its a simple solution.
