  • isnt that really high fat with all those seeds? :) im on a 811 lifestyle so im eating low fat, how much of this could you eat a day? :)

  • @DarlingKaya

    do you mean 80-10-10 diet?

then u can eat 10% of your cal from fat, so it depends how much of everything else u are eating , in proportion to how big of a cracker you would want to eat. it wont be very much tho, maybe sprinkle a tiny bit on top of your salad with no dressing

  • That looks awesome!

  • @magking1971

    yup, a healthy, crunchy snack~

  • Oh yum. So much better homemade anyway - hardly even tempted anymore by prepared snacks in bags.

they are not even real food, right?

  • Looks good-- did you soak your seeds first? Must do!

  • did you scratch youyr balls at the end?

  • Today I am going to juice just so I can make these crackers! I have been looking forward to trying them!!

  • Indeed! Although, I ate some non-raw organic chips last night - and am in absolute atonement today. Now THOSE are truly not real food:(

  • @inremembranceofruth
