Pulled Over for No Reason

I was pulled over while driving 50 mph in a 55 mph zone. The officer alleges I was going 72. That is impossible because I was stuck behind a slow-moving pickup truck for about 20 miles, and that truck was keeping me slowed at a pace of 50 mph.

@epohnopulse Great question, epohnopulse. I don't know why he refused to show me the radar. He may not have the ability, or he may have been ashamed to be caught in a lie on camera.

I don't have any stickers on my car. I assume he pulled me over because it's the end of the month and cops have a quota to fulfill.

Luthor, Derrick, great job guys! You guys handled this situation perfectly. Being pulled over for no reason is one of my peeve issues.

And yet another cop who doesn't know the law when it comes to recording. These guys are ridiculous! I wonder what the penalties are for wrongfully threatening people for doing something that's within their right?

I don't assume, I judge by the facts given.
