Red Lights in the Phoenix Sky UFO

Got this one from IREPORTS, I downloaded it from there since the server seems to be backed up at the moment. Here is what the report said.

"At approximately 8:20 PM Arizona time 4 bright red lights hovered in the night sky. The lights moved creating several different shapes for around 7-8 minutes before 1 by 1 disappearing. The last light left much slower than the others moving upward until it was gone."
