It's the second time now I've conquered the flag, but this time I decided to record the trek and share with other people.

wow what a view must be breath taking .. i didnt know you could get to the flag lol ... you can see it when you are at arya aparts .. every time we go there we always see the flag lol .. i love icmeler soo much <3 well done tho :)

It's a lot higher than it looks from the video. When you return from Turunc on the bus or Taxi when you arrive over the top of the mountain and look for the flag you then realise how far up it actually is. They must have taken it in turns to carry the post up between them lol.

Took me around 1 hour from the Apartments and back as Mama Tuncay is just infront of the flag {well not right infront lol but very close} I had to add the music to drown out my voice as all you could hear was heavy breathing and a few swear words lol :)

Your way to the top was the way we came down.

We climbed so that people from Tommys bar could see us climbing the hill.

TO be honest I thought about going on a bit more to the next summit but as it was cloudy it didn't half get cold up there. Looking at where you climbed up looks more difficult and more of them prickly bushes.

Hiya Steve, thanks pal for the reply :)

Yeah if you go right upto the Gate you will have passed the path that leads up through the trees, it's about 10 yards back from the gate and it's a bit of a rough start but after about 50 yards it gets a little easier under foot.

One thing I did forget to add that appeared this year was the boxes of Bees by the gate, just be careful because I had bees follow me all the way up to the flag, they were a right pain lol.

I decided to try for the flag this year, I went that way but not up to the the gate. After the tree line I went up the embankment, but it became very loose underfoot, so I decided to retreat. Maybe next year.
