WIKISPEED team members Tom Taber and Rob Beresford present the WIKISPEED message to attendees of the Advanced Lifecycle Management Summit at the Microsoft Convention Center in Redmond, WA on November 17, 2011. In this part 1 video Tom gives an overview of how WIKISPEED has achieved rapid successes using Agile, Lean and Scrum methodologies. Ideas borrowed form the software world have been utilized to form a collaborative and distributed worldwide team to manufacture and sell 100 MPG commuter cars.
