I used cotton socks and I think that was the culprit...I'm using those nice blended ones now that have way more comfort to them. Glad you are joining me! Wahoo! :D

Great challenge u have here! Very inspiring!
I add 1 inch of fresh ginger and 1 lime with peel to my watermelon juice, if u wanna try that , your juice ll have more cleansing effect:D

YAY! So proud of you! This is great! And guess what, I am going to join you! I won't be just walking, I will be jogging and doing weight training. Getting back into my 6 days a week workouts before my injury in April. Can't wait to hear more. As for the blisters, have you gotten new shoes lately?

You have inspired me to start a new 30 day fitness adventure. I have been slacking big time. Too much stress, too much sleep, no physical activity. Time for me to get moving again. It's seriously hot here so I have to start waking up early again. I'll make a video as soon as I can. I am so excited about your challenge. You look amazing. Thanks for sharing!

good luck!!! I know you can do it. But make sure you have good sneakers... I did a health walk with Dr. Oz in Oct. after 115 city blocks my toes were bleeding! - because I had on regular everyday sneakers.
