This is something I just came up with a few minutes ago. Hope you like it! I know I do. I was using a little overdrive, reverb, and delay. I was using my Gibson ES-335 Dot

  • What were you using for your overdrive? It sounded nice

  • @relax235 I was using my Homebrew Electronics Power Screamer. I love that pedal!!! It's incredible and very versatile. Thanks for watching and for the compliment. :)

  • beautiful work man.. very fluid and soulful. i just put money down on an ebony.. wondered if there is any difference between and plain top and figured top for an ebony.. i guess they are all plain tops, since all you see is black. perhaps there are transclucent black ones? i suppose in that case they would be figured. hmm..

  • @allaboutdatGDA The specs of the plaintop in ebony is no different from the 335 in figured. It is a beautiful, glossy black beauty! you will love it. What a great guitar. Shows smudges like crazy though. Keep a cloth handy.

    Merry Christmas!

  • Another beautiful piece of music. Great work.

Its really nice to see someone play who does not rely solely on speed or the wank away on the whammy bar for 2 minutes straight. Keep it up brother.

  • I appreciate that. I agree with what Eddie Van Halen said about the Edge a long time ago. He said that even the simplist guitar runs can be the most beautiful. It's all about soul. I could play as fast as I can and play some techincal crap, but who would want to listen to that! :)

    Thanks again man!

    :)

  • Thank you. That's me. I just recorded a drum loop w/ my Alesis SR-16 into my digital recorder and played a rhythm chord progression along w/ that. Then, I played it back and recorded the video, while playing along with it.
