Daniel Hannan, Conservative MEP for the South East of England, giving a speech to the European Parliament in Strasbourg on 22nd October, in which he criticises the decision to increase the EU budget at a time when governments and constituents are having to make great savings.

  • My only problem with Mr. Hannan is the fact that I have to "favorite" EVERY speech he does because they're all so good. As a result, it's just too hard to pick a true favorite.
