  • @theydidntnameme If it feels effortless while doing so i would say that you should either increase the weight or just do the row before the squat.

  • @eriksmindset but i mean doesnt this make the row almost effortless? because i tried something like this awhile ago (a fly while doing reverse lunge) and it felt like since i was doing the lunge at the same time that i was barely working my shoulders...

  • @theydidntnameme The point of the first exercise is to do an upright row and a squat at the same time.

  • can someone explain the 1st exercise to me? he has dumpbells but when he goes down and up he is just keeipng them in the same spot... how does that affect the squat? i saw lebron do it before and was just curious
