no, but they seed cloud formation, just like DMS released by algae can see cloud formation.
I'm not saying there's not chem trails or what ever, but alot of people supporting the theory are completely ignorant of cloud formation and atmospheric science. It really makes the theory look silly when you say crap like that.

OK, assuming there is something to what you are saying regarding "Arial Spraying
" then why don't you rent an aircraft and go up there and gather what is in these contrails, or "chem trails" as you call them and analyze them! "Who's resonsonsibillity is it". Well I'll tell you whose responceabillity it is, It's yours! You are making the assertions, you need to prove them. I'm not asking much. Just show me the evidence that these "chem trails" are not simply water vapour.
