If you think Panasonic actually gives a crap about what you wrote in your letter, you're sadly mistken. That aside, I'll never ever knowingly buy a Panasonic product again. We bought a DMR-EZ47VK , DVD recorder/VCR combo with digital tuner. Biggest piece of crap I've ever purchased. Was in for warranty twice, they couldn't fix it. Not sure if their techs are idiots, or if their engineering department is to blame. I wouldn't have a Panasonic product jammed in my ass if I had room for Texas!

Same thing happened to my dad ... ordered a VERY expensive flatscreen in Nov. 2011, and it was broken, literally broken screen when he opened the box. He's had a very similar run around and has yet to get a decent reply .... he still has the broken TV. They even told him he'd have to pay to have it shipped back ... with NO refund for shipping. They finally sent a return shipping label for UPS ... but guess what? UPS doesn't transport something that damn big ... they won't pick it up. HORRIBLE!!!

Panasonic Customer Service are the most DISHONEST & UNETHICAL BUMS I have ever dealt with, they gave me that same email address, when I followed up, they LIED and said they had no such address. Now I see there are multiple listings online of people using it. And I know it was a real address as the emails did not bounce back. They are SO DUMB they have no idea of bad PR, strictly in it for the fast buck. Stick with Samsung and Sony, Panasonic are TOTAL LIARS.

Panasonic is garbage. I bought a DVD/VHS Converter, it broke the first time I tried the conversion. They do everything to make it impossible to contact them. They're SO DUMB they can't see the wisdom of even a 10% coupon. They're total, complete garbage. Stick with Samsung and Sony, not these fucking assholes. FUCK PANASONIC.

@TdaStooge to me samsung will always be the best no matter what never had a problem so far after 7 years of owning tv's from them at all ,so my money will go to them for now ,panasonic idk to me there bad i mean nice looks ing pq on there plasmas are good but i just dont think there in the game .

Bought a Lumix "water proof" digital camera. Followed the long list of rules about how to prepare it for underwater use and what do you know. Leaked the first time I used it in 2 feet of water. A month later they have still not picked it up for repair despite telling me that a courier will be there the next day! Never again panasoniic!

Hi just a little about my experience with panasonic

Had a TX-P50VT30B On order since 12/04/2011 and today 1st June 2011 still no TV, Panasonic have given 3 delivery dates and each time the TV does not turn up !!. Customer service emails take over 1 week to reply and i dont want to call the premium rate number for hours i think £2200 pounds is enough to spend.

Last contact from panasonic yesterday still wont commit to a delivery date for the TV,

Bought a new Viera neo plasma, shit itself in 6 months. In the process of getting it replaced, although they tell me that its repair only!, fuck panasonic is shit house my old LG plasma is still going 4.5 years so far.
