Neck and Shoulder pain is caused by abnormalities in the bone or joints, trauma, poor posture, degenerative diseases, muscle strain or overuse, and tumors.

Tendonitis and strains from overuse are common sources of neck and shoulder pain. Activities requiring intense concentration and limited body movement create stress that contributes to muscle pain in the neck and shoulder. Long drives, computer work, and similar activities often contribute to neck and shoulder pain.

KT Tape is helpful in reliving neck and shoulder pain by providing support to the neck and shoulder muscles spreading the stress across a wider range of muscles. Bio feedback contributes to better posture which eases stress on the neck and shoulder. KT Tape increases the range of motion when recovering from inflammation and injury.

  • @KoriMasho I literally tried everything for my neck pain, including trigger points - only KT tape has been able to stop it.

  • Can I do this tecnic with the trapezius tapin at the same time?

  • @KoriMasho: I have been using this tape for a couple of years now.... Lets just say it does everything it says it can do. I am able to play sports that I cannot play without the tape. It is well worth the expense.

  • @KoriMasho Do you even know how KT tape works. -____-?

  • Why did you ask her to adduct her blade. Is the muscle not supposed to be on fully stretch if possible in which it wouldve been better to ask her to abduct the blades instead and then put the tape on?? Jus curious, thnaks

  • This is bogus. Neck and shoulder pain is usually caused by trigger points in the skeletal muscles. A piece of tape it not going to get rid of them.

  • this is excellent. thank you
