We visited the Alpine Slide at Winter Park in Colorado. This video has not been sped up or altered in any way. Ross, Collen, and I traveled 3,030 feet, with a 610-foot vertical drop. The lift took eleven minutes to bring us to the top of the mountain where we grabbed a sled and went down. The sled has a hand brake but that was not used in this picture.
I wanted to edit this a bit more, but I feel that in its raw unchecked form is best. I filmed some from my vantage point as well, but turns out some kinds of video files are incompatible.
Ross and I were immediately yelled at for filming while on the slide after coming off of it. So this documentary has been brought at great risk. Enjoy.
Much thanks to Ross for filming at the great risk of him getting his park pass pulled.
You would not believe the great looks we got from people doing this in a banana costume.
