Wow. I'm chinese and this is disgraceful. If you suck at the game don't play. But they keep on going, sweeping legs, kicking shins. I'm sorry but I don't care. Don't make a team if you know it's going to go for the kill.

Though the Chinese are clearly playing rough, most people don't realize the context of this Match. Any sporting competition against Japan puts too much pressure on the Chinese athletes because the Japanese are hated by the Chinese people. This makes them try to win at all costs. Also, the Chinese football team is hated at home because they under perform all the time. Losing against Japan is the ultimate insult. It's like US playing Afghanistan in US. Do you think such a game is going to be fair?

it was a normal game to me , but i got to say , the japanese really deserve to be fucked hard by Chinese and Koreans for what they did to them in the past espicially WW2

You're correct. Many Chinese people tend to be extremely rude. Japanese people, however, tend to be more reserved, polite and friendly. All the ones I've met here in Canada were some of the nicest people I have met. People from Hong Kong and Taiwan are ethnically the same for the most part. However, they do not behave in this fashion. I believe it has something to do with the society of China.

Even if its unintentional... How is that tactful and how does that show they are tougher? Its not 'tactful' to foul players just because you cant get the ball off them. Some of those players are 'lucky' not to have been yellow carded. They are not 'tougher' if they rely on fouls. If it was unintentional then that shows how they can't play under pressure and they can't read the movements of the opposition. Most of those fouls looked very cynical and desperate.

I've been to shanghai about a year and a half ago. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. People were rude and unfriendly.
