BTW, I was 3 when this movie was made. It's funny hearing the girl, Peggy's Mum threaten to take away her tv privileges for a week to discipline her. Today, it'd be disciplining by taking away computer (all Internet-Facebook, games, videos, emailing, etc) privileges, iPod, DSI's,& cell phones for a week or so. This is how I punish my kids, although fortunately this happens very rarely. How times have changed in 40 years!!!

I've never watched or even heard of this movie before, but so far, so good! The boy's voice on the phone (Michael?) is REALLY scary! Especially when he cries out "I'm dead!". Wow, just those 2 little words make a huge impact! Thanks for sharing this. I'm looking forward to viewing the rest of this creepy movie...!!!

No idea. Possibly because Michael Douglas is not famous and powerful and he didn't want the title having his first name in it? Your guess is as good as mine.
