toyota model codes work like this te27 t=engine(2tg/3tgte). e=the body family( ie ae86,ke30,te72 are all corolla's). and the number is the generation.

so kp47 is a k motor,p chassis, and 40 series. the model before kp60/61

トヨタは売れるクルマ作りは仕方なくやってるとしか言いようが無­い。

こんなクルマを今から20~30年前に作れるならスポーツカーの­テクノロジーは相当あるのだろう　早く自社生産エンジンのスポーツカーを作ってほしい。

This car is awesomely weird! Its code is KP which is a starlet. But the body is seriously like it was taken from Corolla/ Levin TE27. And the final model number 47 is a from Trueno TE47. Whats really weird is, i have never seen this model before compared to the lots of regular hatchback style KP. Is this car a race only model?
