  • Can I just take a little guess at how is work? OK, there is a thing inside on a pivot. The ball is behind it. When you drop the coin in, it lands on the left side of the pivot thing and lifts the right side up so the ball rolls down and out of the machine. When the pivot thing goes up on the right, it goes down on the left which makes the coin fall into the slide out thing. Once the coin is off, the rotates back and resets itself. Is that how it works?
