Beach Walk 646 - Taming the To Do List

One of the things that stresses me out is all the tasks I collect - business, personal, household, long-range, short-range, recurring and not. Shane, aka Secret Cameraman, recently taught me a method, that so far, I am really liking. I am making mole hills out of mountains. The psychological benefits are delightful.

dont mean to insult but maybe you should use a higher protection sunblock, you r overdoing it with the sun

and b. sitting on the beach and playing with the sand (in a zen rock-garden kinda way) is mind relaxing and in the end more effective than finding new ways to organize things for a tired mind. or maybe.

how r u actualy stressed wen u get to openly take walks on beautiful beaches all the time!? if ur still stressed after one of those walks u r either creating ur own drama so u can have something to complain about ar u need to stop taking suggestions from ur camera man and go see a therapist... cute dog tho:)
