A tribute to all those who have or will claim the title of "Doc." Combat medics are angels on the battlefield, and many of them make the ultimate sacrifice trying to save their brothers.

  • @F3arTh3Sp3ar its all good, i havent joined yet lol, still plaining on it tho

  • @CI321 I know its late info but someone should have told you this. Getting your EMT basic before joining the military as a medic is counter productive because all regular medics in the Army Air Force and Navy have EMT-Basic, and all Spec Ops Medics such as SEAL, Ranger, Recon, SF medics, and PJ's all are actual certified paramedics. And whether you have an EMT-B or not you will still have to go to AIT or Tech school because military medics learn more than civilians that attend an EMT-B course.

  • @CI321 same here

  • @Friskyhaole i wont have to pay for any training, thats what my firehouse is for. =) at least in my personal expierence my friends that have enlisted of which are in the medical field 1 is in army soar as a medic and 2 are naval hospital corpsman started out in voulenteer fire depts where they wanted to help people and that just wasnt enough and they felt a calling to serve and join. ive felt the same calling but that doesnt take away from the bonding thats mostly in boot not ait.

  • I know i couldn't last a day in their shoe's, could you?

  • @CI321 You skip a lot of the initial AIT, which causes you to miss out on the bonding. I'd much rather just go straight in. You'll be with your fellow soldiers from the beginning and wont have to pay for college to get your EMT training.

  • @ne32firefighter I am seriously considering to join the Dutch army as a medic. =) thoughÍ'm fifteen, for me it's clear what I want to be, an Army Medic or a paramedic (ambulance)!

  • @runhorun your talking with a name like (run hoe run) lol and i dont use my fists in a fight and you would be running away hoeboy with a blade in your gay ass ,and your comment reinforces my brain dead moron accusation ,you are probably a second hand ex soldier or wannabe soldier who thinks hes helped his country but is now thrown on the shit heap welfare queue hehe

  • @LadyboyAgogo shut up fag. Look at your god damn name, Lady boy. You have no room to talk fag bitch. I would gladly knock you out fag for talking shit.

  • @CI321 me too, gonna go ROTC for emt then go into the army
