Here is another relaxation video as promised. The focus for this one is on sleep. I hope it is helpful and that you like it.
Also, let me know if you think this one sounds better. I don't have a way to get rid of all the background fuzz (not that I know of anyway) but I tried something new...and I was a bit louder (I think).
