When he activates his DT he says "BACK DOWN" which kind of sounds like "hell yeah" and even when he starts the move he goes "AEAH" which also sounds like it.

But I cant see how fuck you and hell yeah can sound anything alike.

He's saying "fuck you". To have a chance of hearing him say it, you have to DT Buster an Alto Angelo with AT LEAST an A rank. Anything higher increases the chance.
