  • I agree with Bob Riley,Wind Creek need to be shut down, there machine are set low, they jump to kick you out of any bonus you may earn. Our Federal Government so greedy they allow this to go on just to hold on those few cent. I guess this make them the biggest asses in our government body.

  • KINGSLEGION=RACIST

  • damn whitey just wont leave the people they love to screw alone will they.. these people have been raped for over 500 years by these european murderers and they just wont stop. they must control it all it seems.,,

  • The state of Alabama is hypocritical and racist about gambling. They approved gambling for race tracks. There are dog tracks in Birmingham, Mobile,Eutaw, and Shorter. The AL AG sued the Poarch Creek Indians before over casinos, and a federal judge dismmissed it. The state of Alabama does not regulate and control the laws; the federal government does.

  • (7) (A) The term "class II gaming" means -

    (i) the game of chance commonly known as bingo (whether or not electronic, computer, or other technologic aids are used in connection therewith) -

  • these facilities. As in comment # 1 stated, if they were illeagal, then they would already be shut down. Everyone should be asking Bob Riley why he has accepted campaign contributions in the amount of 15 milliion dollars from the Mississippi Choctaws to keep Indian gaming out of Alabama. Just as the video says "Perception is Everything" and these folks just percieved False statements to the public. Great Job though, its almost believable!

  • What's funny is this organization, along with the current Govener, Bob Riley and his new protige' all say that Poarch Creek gaming facilities are running illeagaly. What they dont tell you is that contrary to popular belief, Indian gaming is regulated through NIGC, the National Indian Gaming Commission. It is their responsibility to enforce laws on tribal casinos, and they do. Because tribal casinos are built upon federal Indian trust land, the state has no jurisdiction to "shut down"

  • yeah shut em down...ill just spend my money in mississippi like always...pathetic

  • I have visited every so called casino in Alabama, (White Hall, Riverside, Tallapoosa, Quincy's 777, and Wind Creek) so I like to gamble needless to say. But I'll be the first to say that this is not bingo. If it is illegal then it is illegal, shut um down.

  • I had no idea this existed! Did not know IGRA even existed! I do have one question: If it is illegal, then how are they still operating? I think Alabamians would like to know that. Maybe a follow-up video?
