How To:
Lie on your stomach. Place your toes on the floor and keep your heels pointed toward the ceiling. Grip the push up bars with your palms facing inward and your hands directly below your shoulders. Push up, fully extending your arms and keeping your body in a straight line. Slowly lower your body to the floor. Push up again to return to the starting position and repeat.
