You should see my engine.. i've got 3 axles in the engine just to keep the cranks balanced and keep the timing of both sets of cylinders ;)

Ohh yeah timing takes a few things for a engine to run AIR fuel/ compression/ spark/ escape exhaust and it all has to be TIMED just right Suck, squeeze,bang,blow

They keep everything synchronized. Timing is very important in an engine like this.
