I share your addiction to 7x7, my favourite and relatively speaking, best event, currently average 8mins, any tips..? Ps: I'm sure you get this a lot don't feel pressured to respond

@GeorgeAndErrE All you need to get better is practice. Tips : use M slice (always!),try to get smooth and practice your look ahead (hi-games is good for this one). And you need a good cube :]

@MichalHalczuk Thanks Michal, i do try and practice a lot, using the E slice tires my fingers so i alternate between M and E, ill try use M in future, i also use my hands to turn the U a lot, im trying to force myself to use my fingers and my fingers only, but its hard, i dont do much look ahead at the moment but i am learning to use it on edges, once again, thanks very much

@GeorgeAndErrE It is good that you practice. But I think E-M slice will be slow, try to use M only, I promise it is way better :]

@theolinoundercover Of course it is, my pb for now is 3:09 with very slow 3x3 phase (that's just normal).
