  • AMBITIOUS, REALLY AMBITIOUS, but i didn't think what you guys did was even possible. That virtual map looked great.

How did you mock up the ship so well? you don't find armoured doors anywhere

  • thanks very much, we tried our best

As for the ship we just used scrap metal and miscellaneous parts from old machines to make it look more space aged. We also built the door from scratch. It's mainly MDF with a lick of paint

    Thanks for your comments

  • Really cool film guys. Had some awsome films done by Stafford students this year..sadly nothing with science fiction elements about it =( keep it up and check my vid's out sometime!

  • That was good, yo! Is there a sequel?

  • Really Awesome ow you can make the laser shootgun

  • That was really awesome! You guys put a lot into it and it all comes off really well! The map looks great, I wasn't expecting the effects to look so good!

  • As i said before, really good guys. For students to even attempt something that requires this much props, detail and difficulty is great. Love the ambition. Some really nice stuff.

  • Mega props (no pun intended) to the art department. This really kicked it up a notch. IMO, there should have been whip pan transitions and I would have altered the pacing in places completely, for example, in the corridor when the alarm first goes off it looked more like a trailer a film. The VFX were remarkable and really contributed to the whole thing. The lighting on the intro was also fantastic. Overall I think it should have had higher contrast or colour correction, but just for style.
