to me is just right, it is not overly faster than the Hendryx version, but we all have our own preference anyways!

@MrDocpop Technically, Uli didn't write We'll Burn The Sky. It was written by Jimi's (and Uli's) former girlfriend, Monika Danneman (lyrics) and Rudolf Schenker. Uli probably should have received a writing credit, though, for his uniquely exquisite lead playing.

Obviously, there are other players who are faster, but i can't think of any, who, are of an better character and are not ego-maniacs, shallow minded, self centered, and just plain immature, as Uli. He is one of those special people, that the public at large rarely sees. The tone of Uli's character is reflected in his playing, as well as his being. Even when he is being interviewed, he is such a natural gentleman, and he is not afraid to let his true inner self come forth. He is quite remarkable
