  • This would be a good example of death by clarinet part...

It's hard playing off the very legible Bourgeois edition- the quick-step is essentially illegible...

  • Art School Confidential <3

  • This was not fun as the only oboist freshman year of high school. Much more fun playing it on euphonium years later.

  • this part is insane hard on bassoon...

  • Lol Trombone part= Death. XD

  • @sousapwn1108 LMAO!

  • But you must FAMU credit for trying the piece, right?

  • I looove playing this march. Clarinets have a fun part :)

  • When I step up in the club, the DJ throws this on and I get bitches.

  • Yes this is a professional band, paid to perform. The Marching 100 is not a "pep band." May I remind you they are one of the best bands in the world. That being said the points everyone has made are correct. But what you are not considering is the fact that there are 400+ people in FAMU's band now. There couldn't be more than 100 people playing in this professional group. Now take 100 of FAMU's best musicians in comparison and you will find a better measure of how the talent's compare.

  • I wasn't logged in but after reading these comments I had to. Everyone who thinks FAMU is better is wrong plain and simple. I'm sorry to tell everyone but Marching Band isn't really a musical endeavor. So you can enjoy FAMU all you like but don't go around pretending you know what you're talking about because you're wrong. That is all.
